| Description: | UNA-DYN has an opening for a full-time Field Support Technician (FST) Intern/Apprentice. A successful FST Intern/Apprentice learns to promote quality customer relations by using learned technical knowledge of Universal Dynamics, Inc. (Una-Dyn) systems, to service its equipment at customer�s plants. This includes learning to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, utilizing technical skill to provide precise solutions to problems with Una-Dyn equipment, maintain proper documentation, and engage in effective communication between Una-Dyn and its customer(s).
Important Note : Only people with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process piping installation experience need apply. Do not go further if you are an IT /Computer/Help Desk Technician. This position is not related to IT /Computer/Help Desk Technicians in any way. It is solely an industrial machine and systems repair position.

| Duties: |
- Travels worldwide learning to service Una-Dyn equipment at customer sites/plants;
- Learns to communicate mission description with customer to determine needs, timing, contacts, and schedule demands;
- Learns to troubleshoot and correctly diagnose problems to address complaints about Una-Dyn � Piovan supplied equipment and systems;
- Observes the performance of equipment and systems and learns to fine-tune and bring about successful and optimal operation;
- Learns to install parts and perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process piping maintenance or installations;
- Learns to conduct training about the correct and effective use of Una-Dyn systems at customer�s site(s);
- Promotes service contracts to customers;
- Learns to document (in writing) problems found, field work performed, required future customer responsibilities, and required follow up;
- Always maintains quality customer relations by providing cheerful service and knowledgeable assistance on technical aspects of each job;

| Qualifications: | Technical/mechanical diplomas/certificates and at least one years experience installing parts and performing minor mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process piping installations is essential. Must live within one-hour from a major airport. Applicants that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
