| Description: | UNA-DYN has an opening for a full-time, experienced Human Resources Generalist II - Payroll . Under the guidance of the Director, Human Resources � North America, this role will be primarily responsible for all aspects of processing and recording domestic payroll; collect, review and compile timesheets data; provide timely support to payroll and timesheet queries and processing. Additionally, he/she will assist in implementation, and maintenance of all HR programs in the US corporate office. Meticulous planning and coordination is required to positively impact all aspects of the Corporate HR program.
Important Note : Do not go further if you do not possess all (not some) of the following:
- Expert proficiency with ADP Pay Expert;
- 3 to 5 years solid Payroll experience (applicants without ADP Pay Expert experience will not be considered under any circumstances);
- 3 to 5 years solid HR generalist experience (applicants with experience in recruitment only, benefits only, or training only will not be considered under any circumstances);

| Duties: | Essential Functions
Payroll
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely every payroll cycle;
- Enter all payroll-related modifications including wage and tax adjustments, benefit and 401K deductions in ADP Pay Expert payroll system;
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed ADP Pay Expert Preview reports;
- Produces statutory payroll and payroll related tax reports;
- Administers the timekeeping and payroll function for the company in compliance with Federal and state laws;
- Processes accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, etc);
- Verifies actual payroll after receipt from payroll bureau;
- Assists new users in ADP EZ Labor electronic timesheet system;
- Reviews all benefit accruals and analyzes all benefit deductions and expenses, at least quarterly;
- Assist with the implementation to a new timesheet system EZLabor e-time and attendance processing and interface with payroll;
Human Resources
- Administers day-to-day HR programs and activities;
- Coordinates the development, implementation, and execution of all HR programs and other initiatives designed to achieve the Company�s overall mission, goals, and objectives;
- Assists with the creation of and maintenance of all HR-related government and internal company compliance reports and databases;

- Serves as primary employee liaison and vendor contact on HR-related topics;
- Participates in employee relations � problem resolution strategies;
- assists management and staff in interpreting the program's policies and application;

| Qualifications: | A Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university, and 3 to 5 years experience in a Payroll function, and 3 to 5 years experience as an HR Generalist. Proficiency with ADP Pay Expert, ADP EZ Labor, and HRB HRIS system is essential. |
