| Description: | UNA-DYN has an opening for a full-time, experienced Marketing Communications Specialist . Under the guidance of the VP of Sales and Marketing, this role will be primarily responsible for the following core communications mediums within the organization.
Marketing
Focuses on marketing strategy, research, competitive intelligence, marketing analytics, print ad development, customized brochures, electronic marketing, client database development, and trade show marketing.
Communications
Works closely with internal audiences and external partners and stakeholders, to deliver, and execute on, superior communications plans that are strategic, measurable and aligned with corporate goals.
Web Content Management
Maintains the integrity of the corporate website through management of the layout, messaging, and content of the corporate website.

| Duties: | Marketing
- Plans, creates, and produces marketing communications/promotional materials, sales aids and sales documentation to implement product marketing strategies and sales objectives;
- Assembles, evaluates and issues relevant reports on current advertising and marketing campaigns, providing management with relevant analytics;
- Develops, implements and monitors e-marketing solutions;
- Creates and delivers high resolution, print quality files to publications;
- Implements the company�s marketing and promotional activities through copywriting, design, layout, and production of promotional materials;
Communications
- Helps to develop highly innovative and targeted communications strategies;
- Crafts messaging tactics that engage the company�s target external consumers to establish Una-Dyn as a leading innovation brand;
- Helps to proactively build and manage strategic media relationships in the plastics publishing industry;
- Supports global corporate communications wherever possible;
- Writes and disseminates press kits and releases;
Web Content Management
- Develops and edits web content using a content management systems;
- Assumes responsibility for day-to-day website modifications;
- Collaborates with VP of Sales and Marketing to determine new projects for the website;
- Works with all vested parties (parent company, company president, VP of Marketing, IT, and Engineering to ensure that website content is accurate and up-to-date;
- Ensures that the website is interactive and user-friendly and that tracking is in place to collect and measure relevant analytics;

| Qualifications: | Bachelor�s degree in computer science, graphic design or communications-related field. Must have at least 5 years of experience in website editing and content management, communications, and marketing. Must also be proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suites CS3 or higher with particular proficiency in the use of In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop with relative experience working with the MAC OS platform. Must be familiar with website Content Management Systems (CMS) and practicalities of Site Engine Optimization (SEO) as well as HTML for ongoing website development and management. |
